A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Isn’t the approved budget dollar amount about the same before the city council and mayoral theatrics? Yes, Chicago, Cook County, and Illinois have responsible stewards in charge of taxpayer money (LOL).
