Loyola has “privilege” problem and affluent helicopter parents. A fair number of Loyola’s parents have pulled the “do you know who I am; I am an important person” card to advocate for themselves and their children. That’s the “privilege” that should be discussed.

Jesuits have all gone crazy. They’ve always been a little left leaning but the Jesuit crowd these days is out of control. I know someone who will be taking their child out of the school next year because of this type of stuff.
I can’t blame the parents who want to pull their children out of the school. If I had kids, I certainly would too.
True. In years past they were tough, disciplined, superb educators. They are all in now with liberation theology (basically Marxism) and CRT.
