Let’s start calling something by its correct name. Chicago is a Public Charge city — not a Sanctuary.

Lori is the folly! She can’t help herself. As soon as they show up Lori ships them out. She should have followed the example of that other bonehead in NYC. Put them on Randall’s Island along the Harlem River, made famous by the French Connection. That’s where Sal Boca’s little brother was enrolled in the garbageman school. Lori should have put them on barges in Calumet Harbor then forget about them.
