I wonder what it’s like in that community sometimes. I mean, I have an idea, but if we’re all supposed to be social distancing, why are people out driving around and shooting each other? Why are there even people around in the streets to be shot if we’re all supposed to be in our houses? Why go outside when you have a greater chance of getting shot than catching the Wuhan Virus?
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
