Hmm.. pretty sure that when a group decides to disrupt the proceedings at a government meeting, the government has every right to have them removed. AG is probably unaware of that.
He’s aware of that. He doesn’t care though. Pekau is a political enemy who dare challenge the IL Democrat machine. So he gets targeted. Most Republicans who run against and lose to Democrats find themselves in legal trouble with the very same regime they lost against. It’s the Democrat way!

Sure did. Which is why put him and the Board ‘through the process’ and then said, “No punitive action was taken, but Pekau and the Board were advised to do things differently moving forward.”
So basically they did nothing wrong, and they were looking for a reason to investigate Pekau.
Democrats especially in IL use lawfare on their enemies. Anyone who believes otherwise is not a good faith actor.
