Chief Justice Durbin Opines – Wall Street Journal

Chief Justice Dick Durbin is at it again. The Senate Judiciary Chairman, who fancies himself hall monitor of the Supreme Court, has summoned Chief Justice John Roberts for a meeting to discuss judicial ethics. The real Chief should tell the fake chief to stay in his constitutional lane.

Hope Chief Justice Roberts wears a mask to the meeting. So little Dickie feels safe and not violated by Roberts with a big grin quietly laughing at him.

Headline should read ‘Chief Justice Dick Opines’, so as not to offend that dick and retain access.

In the ‘post-justice’ America that Joe Biden and Merrick Garland have created and which Democrats like Durbin and Pritzker are minions, it will be much needed for the SCOTUS to have 5 PDJT appointments. Much is at stake in our Republic which is being assaulted daily from the Leftist Democrats. PDJT’s replacement of the ‘looney latin’ on the court will be job #1.

It’s a coordinated attack on the conservative justices of the Supreme Court. ‘They’ as in Democrat operatives probably had dozens of hours long zoom sessions to coordinate “How can we attack the supreme court and maybe force them to do our leftist bidding and/or delegitimize them?” and they decided that Durbin and Warren would attack them in the Senate, the media would attack them with the newest Rolling Stone and NYT articles, and Sotomayer would complain about them in public. When you peel the onion back on who is instigating the attacks on our judicial system, you will find Communists and Marxists and their sympathizers – Obama, Comey, Brennan, Raskin, etc.

Do Nothing Dick Durbin, the ever sanctimonious bag of wind, just loves to hear himself talk. He never says anything, but that doesn’t stop him. For the last time, just go away Dick.

I was the first that stepped out way back when and flipped him the bird at the 4th of July parade, maybe the last time he came to my town, but I was certainly not the last.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
