City Council panel backs expansion of paid leave for Chicago workers – CBS2 (Chicago)

Ald. Mike Rodriguez, who chairs the Workforce Committee and sponsored the ordinance, called the measure "the most progressive paid leave policy in the United States of America."

Other than working in government or at non-profits, have any of these fake socialist aldercriders or CTU/Brandon ever worked a day in their lives in the private economy or ran a business?

Progressive really means turning a successful capitalist economy into something more like poorer, less productive like economy Serbia, or Nigeria, or Ecuador. Sure, the workers get more ‘rights’ but everyone is poorer at the end of the day. You might not be OK with that, but they are.
