Progressive really means turning a successful capitalist economy into something more like poorer, less productive like economy Serbia, or Nigeria, or Ecuador. Sure, the workers get more ‘rights’ but everyone is poorer at the end of the day. You might not be OK with that, but they are.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
