A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Notice the word Legally. Pot-Fentanyl-heroin-meth-Oxy-Vicodin have been sold in back alleys for years now but no taxes were collected. Now they will get pot taxes. All financial problems solved. Yeah Right!
