Group O, which is based in Milan, IL (Rock Island County) and also has a call center there, is the recommended vendor on the agenda for tonight’s board meeting at the City of Peoria.

There was no indication if Group O does any call center work from India.

About 6% of the City of Peoria population is Hispanic or Latino, so in the RFP the City may have included the ability to handle Spanish speaking customers.

Some India based call centers have the ability to handle Spanish speaking customers.
