F’n clown show! First of all criminals are emboldened by a Soros funded judicial system that does nothing but wreak havoc on a civilzed society. That means you Kimmy Fox, George Gascon, Alvin Bragg et al. Secondly, military grade? ‘Military grade’ in government contracts means it is the cheapest made while still meeting minimum contract specifications. These gun grabbers have no f’n clue what they are talking about.

Have yet to hear of any convicted felons accused of gun related crimes getting extra time for having a gun switch or extended magazine, both highly illegal, added to their sentences. Yet bozos touting more restrictive gun laws that only harm lawful people ( psst! Criminals don’t follow the law, Casten) keep coming up with a new angle everyday to make legal ownership of guns more difficult.
The real agenda, the next step will be to pass legislation making Glock handguns – the single most popular and reliable handgun in the country – illegal for Chicago and Cook County residents. Watch for this.
The ATF could declare the Glocks as “machine guns” because of easy modification to full auto fire.. The problem is that the ATF approved the Glock design well before it was initially imported from Austria. Recent history shows that ATF can declare a firearm legal one year and relabel the same firearm a machine gun or destructive NFA device years later. Imagine yourself legally owning one for years and suddenly holding contraband! The cat is out of the bag!
For several decades the Colt AR15 as well the WW2 M1 carbines remained easily converted to selective fire without frame modification but seldom used crimes due to deterrence by heavy penalties actually levied against criminals. A few years ago Colt altered their AR15 frames to circumvent installation of legal M16 parts but reverted back to their original design finding that it made no difference in the number of illegal conversions confiscated. So my point then is why sue Glock, from what I’ve read are government knows about this issue and yet they still allow these switches to be imported from China. I just don’t understand the governments stance anymore on anything shouldn’t they being suing China or the company/companies that import them.
Or why they filed the case in Cook County courts when it will be immediately sent to Federal court and dismissed for being stupid.
