Does Amendment 1 render Civic Fed ideas DOA to 1.) reduce or consolidate # of alderman & their staffs. 2.) return +600 CPD cops currently performing ‘administrative duties’ back to beat duty and replace ‘administrative duties’ jobs with civilian workforce. (Brandon during election said he was for this)
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
