A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
I wonder if these people who believe ‘evil patterns of systemic segregation’ are why chicago is so segregated, ever ask black people why they live where they do. I suspect many of them would give the honest answer that they want to live around other black people and black people live on the south and west sides. No one is stopping black people from moving into market rate housing in lakeview or edison park. Like literally no one.
