While I am not a real doctor. I have seen this with the new class of doctors. In the old days a few male doctors would end marrying cute hospital worker, nurse, etc. Nowadays, more than a few male doctors marry female doctors. Go super babies
Charles Murray wrote a book about 25 years ago describing this sorting by class called Coming Apart. It predicted the divisions we see now, due to the more intellectually gifted meeting each other through attendance at the elite universities. That didn’t happen as much in the past, when marriage possibilities were confined mostly by geographic proximity. It’s an interesting read.

Old Joe, that cannot be said often enough, but our fearless leaders won’t say it.
Another point made in the book Coming Apart. The elites don’t preach what they practice. They know perfectly well where certain behaviors lead, and would never tolerate them in their own communities. But they condone and excuse that behavior in others.
A little bit of faith in God significantly helps s well.
