OK well lets see if these people are willing to go and vote for a change next election day. My guess is they wont preferring to let the usual continue because they are simply too lazy to vote.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
