At what point in time do you acknowledge that the ship is going to sink and there is nothing that will change that? A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Not one Democrat or public employee union Boss sees any of this economic decline as a problem.

In this state- NEVER. Demographics are against it.
The ship is sinking so slowly it might not go under in our lifetimes. But when it does, it will quickly.
