‘Come and get me,’ Pritzker says of Trump threat; Vance says governor ‘should suffer some consequences’ – ABC News

Appearing on ABC's "This Week" after Vice President JD Vance, Gov. JB Pritzker said, "It's true that the president says things and sometimes he follows through on those threats, and he certainly has the power of the presidency. He does not have the power to overcome the Constitution. And so, am I afraid? I am not afraid. Do I think that he could do it? He might. But as I've said before, come and get me."

JB Flintstone huffs and puffs even as he sends the Illinois State Police to control the crowds he himself urged on ICE. He is a disgrace and a fraud.

Vance would do well to treat America’s Worst Governor as the irrelevant, publicly seeking trust fund baby in charge of his communist fiefdom he truly is and ignore him.

President Trump has followed the Constitution faithfully.

Mark Glennon on AM560’s Morning Answer: Chicago pension buyout plan mostly shifts debt rather than eliminating it, property tax surge doubles inflation over three decades

Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension.
