ComEd to Pay $38 Million in Rebates to Illinois Customers in Wake of Bribery Scheme – NBC5 (Chicago)

While it is unclear when the rebates will be issued, likely as a credit on the bill of customers, the rebate amount would average out to around $5 per customer.

Realistically the officers of the corporation should be on the hook for the payment. They approved it and the shareholders had nothing to do with it.
