America Works. DEI Doesn’t. – Tablet Magazine

Pastor Corey B. Brooks, of Chicago's Project H.O.O.D.: The reality is that DEI is an ideology for the privileged. It helps people like Claudine Gay who exploit race for power and prestige and it hurts communities like mine by exploiting them for poverty-porn.

Thanks for posting this!! What a great article! Ted, being a numbers and statistics guy, I strongly suggest you look into Self Determination Theory – pioneered by Edward Deci and Richard Ryan. Their works are some of the most highly cited in motivational psychology. Amazingly, they’ve done a great job dissecting and quantifying American values! Their results provide robust scientific support for liberty, agency, freedom and self determination. This article below explains the main points of their theory and also ties in nicely with Rotter’s locus of control theory.

This should be required reading for every CPS student (and their teachers). Kudos to Pastor Brooks.
