It has needed change for the better for decades. Instead, it changed for the worse. They only thing that matters is higher wages, not education.

Wondered about that myself, after the ST’s own Editorial Board put BJ in a dunce-cap at the front of the classroom because his ‘visionary leadership’ promise is turning into a ‘progressive’ fart in a skillet.
