They recommend various options for increasing the amount of money spent on “education.” Apparently they believe schools are doing a really good job and just need more money, which is news to me but I am not an expert. That said, one way to gain some revenue without burdening the economy would be to assess vacant land at 25% of value, like commercial, rather than 10% as currently done.
