And banning exclusionary zoning means just that. The state is losing population and migrants are partially filling the gap. And the libtard’s totally absurd answer is to build more multifamily housing to create more density. These people will never accept, no matter the science, evidence or data, that this is an ideological belief in density and not based in any objective reality.
