A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Tyler Technologies has been creating a new tax implementation system for about 10 years. Is it thinkable that perhaps the geniuses in county government may consult with any other county’s on which system they use that is functional? Just saying!
