Timothy J. Cavanagh, president of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, gives clear indication of the complete conflict-of-interest allowing lawyers to make laws actually is. SB328 enriches the ambulance chasing scum by expanding their potential targets to line their pockets through legal fees.

There is no accountability for trial lawyers. Ever.
