At +$28,000 per student spent –“It is still not enough”??? Only in in the crazy alt-reality of cps/ctu/st is this possible, with poor kids & parents held as hostage. Anyone with a shred of commonsense or human decency could only conclude vochers & choice are the only way to empower parents/kids out of the colossal $9.3 billion lib humanitarian trainwreck known as cps
