I thought the purpose of CPS was to prepare its students for prison? It’s doing an outstanding job. Isn’t that what was intended?

Sometimes I think Willie is too liberal but occasionally he is spot on.
He’s certainly is not stupid and honest, quite thin quality in Chicago.
