Kim Foxx has stopped prosecuting all crimes entirely so it kind of removes the need for laws in the first place.

I hate FOID cards but it is a powerful tool, when used, to prosecute gang bangers with illegal guns. But Kim Foxx has stopped prosecuting gun crimes entirely so it kind of removes the need for a FOID card in the first place.
