They don’t want to do so because they feel history is much too dominated by racist white people.
Sorry for the redundancy. Instead of “racist white people,” I should’ve just said “white people,” a term which, of course, is interchangeable with “racists.” As I grow older, I find I can still learn new things, such as only whites can be racist.
