Community groups oppose hybrid Elected School Bill – Chicago Crusader

Andre Smith, vice president of the Where We Stand Right Now Washington Park Residents, called on Mayor Brandon Johnson “to run the city and not try to run the (School) Board. The (Chicago Teachers Union) has been in too many political elections and have not been teaching our children.”

Interesting to see these Black community groups (and Ald Villegas) turning against CTU/ “New Machine”…..as everyone who’s not in on the $scam$ has had enough.
