Complaint: Illinois Education Board Violates Title IX By Forcing Students To Share Restrooms With Opposite Sex – The Federalist

The Defense of Freedom Institute for Policy Studies and the Liberty Justice Center filed the Title IX complaint with the U.S. Department of Education stating that both the Illinois State Board of Education and Chicago Public Schools are complying with a state law “forcing students to share bathrooms, locker rooms, and overnight accommodations with members of the opposite sex, based solely on self-declared ‘gender identity.’”

JB will pump up his opposition in the national media and waste taxpayer dollars in the legal fight. All to support the myth that he is the most progressive human on earth and polish his resume for the 2028 Pritzker for President campaign.

District 7 in Edwardsville recently installed Co-Ed, or is it “gender neutral” bathrooms at large expense. Can we assume now that it will be a large expense to return the bathrooms to their former self? Illinois has so much money to waste on this silliness instead of putting it in the classrooms where it is needed.

This is a fairly big news story around the country in conservative circles, and as Democrat policy makers often lament, the rightwing news eco-system is large and entirely outside of the control of legacy media. It really makes no difference at all that legacy media (ABC/NBC/CBS) has ignored this story because every podcaster, pundit, major and minor conservative website and fox news IS talking about it.
