How long until major cuts to Cook County Health and much of the Chicago Municipal services? Doesn’t Lightfoot have to meet with the 20% pension funded Police for a new deal this summer? Even we could never have predicted this acute of a stress for an already, totally broke city. The County has a better pension system (60%) but is hemorrhaging 100s of millions yearly now, by recent reports.
