DEI exists for white people in this country — always has. White people are up in arms over anything that tries to level the playing field. Equal is good. Black people want equal. Does this mean that people who have no political connections and are not democrats will now receive consideration for employment with the clerks office? That might be the single biggest way to ensure diversity, especially.
What she really means is the hiring of all the Baby Daddies and Mommies from the hood.
