Oh oh, some democrat politician is gonna be in trouble with the party leaders. Questioning or pointing out failures of their failures is not a good career path. Iris, the help wanted section is usually located on the back pages of the newspaper

Violence is spreading, now spilling outside of Crook County as the thieves seek bigger scores. Your local police department has some wonderful stories about visitors to your town wreaking havoc and terrorizing people. It’s not a joke, and it is increasing weekly. Pay attention to what is going on around you.

Iris, this is a feature, not a bug: “When victims and witnesses do not feel safe and stop coming to court, cases are dropped.” As I repeatedly point out, Pillar 1 of the four Pillars of the Illinois Legislative Black Caucus’s agenda in 2020 was Criminal Justice Reform. The stated goal of the law was to put fewer criminals in jail or prison for crimes. The law does not even try to reduce crime, it’s all about reducing the black and brown population in jail.
