Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office sees 2nd highest caseload of all-time amid pandemic, record homicide numbers – WGNTV (Chicago)

In 2021, 86 homicides were recorded with victims under the age of 18. Of those, 12 were under the age of 10.

HJ is Chicago. The ME is Cook County. Those south suburbs really help get the number up.
