What are they afraid of . Some scab lawyers without a licenses to practice law will take their jobs. If you need union representation working for government as a lawyer , that’s a problem.

Seems like this could be related to a federal review of state finances. Too bad they think the unions are safe. There is a smarter administration these days.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
