Protesters who commit some offense that gets them arrested will not face charges, interesting. The Internal Affairs Office of the CPD and The Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) will have several tents around the protest areas and processing centers so that complaints can be made against officers. COPA is a biased, one sided organization that has been repeatedly struck down, 78% of the “guilty” findings have been overturned upon appeal and arbitration.
