Income tax on a million is $50K add the millionaire tax of $30K you now pay $80K. Once you leave the state loses $50K every year that they would have otherwise had. I’m curious if it’s a constitutional amendment and it’s on the ballot as only applicable to income over $1M can they then change it to income of $500K. Tax the Millionaires heavy and you will get the money once. After that they will live somewhere else and you will never get any more money.
