What we really have is kids without their fathers in the home which will lead to a shortage of material things and a surplus of bad consequences. There, I fixed the headline.

I don’t understand how kids these days can be so fat yet be ‘food insecure’. Regardless, I spent a few moments using streetview on google maps to look around the towns in the various rural counties, listed in this article, and they are sad, depressing places. Small town america has a feeling, a vibe, an atmosphere, a feeling that you’re apart of American. I’ve been all around the midwest, been to many small towns to vacation, for business, for events. But IL’s small towns look as run down as Rockford. Carlinville looks awful, marion is a dump, the only business… Read more »
