The latest reshuffling of officers has led some police supervisors to once again raise alarms about Supt. David Brown’s leadership, a crisis of confidence that has been simmering for months. “There’s no set plan,” a high-level police source complained. “Everything just keeps changing.”

Musical chairs, look busy! Will they clean out CPD HQ. All the sick, lame and lazy will save us. An army of house mice hitting the streets!

Go out there and start making more arrests, more street stops, more traffic stops and risk your freedom, your job, your pension, your family because you will be trick bagged for any real or perceived mistakes. Makes sense to me.
