CPD Supt. Brown calls meeting with President Biden on gun violence ‘significant’ – WGNTV (Chicago)

According to CPD Supt. David Brown, there was an agreement at the meeting with the president - which was supposed to last an hour, but ending up running two-hours long - that there must be real consequences for serious crimes. Brown said they discussed both short term and long term solutions.

The meeting ran a hour longer than expected because Joe fell asleep in the middle of it.
