But then CPD's own data shows the number of juvenile homicide victims in the city is actually up nearly 3% over last year, no matter how they were killed.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
