“As part of the Chicago Police Department’s Community Policing Strategic Plan, all officers will now engage in community policing, including new police liaisons who will work specifically with the LGBTQ+, homeless, immigrant and religious communities.” Does he really expect these people to rat on their relatives, their uncles, nephews, cousins, baby daddys and boyfriends when they commit crimes? Because it’s not the religious, homeless, *legal* immigrant and gay communities committing all the crimes. It’s mostly 12-40 year old boys and men playing real life Grand Theft Auto, few of are homeless, or immigrants, or religious or LGBTQ+. So what exactly… Read more »
