But the improvement in Math scores and Reading ability will probably be astounding! Worth every penny of the $522 million I’m sure!

Simply amazing. Enrollment has trended down, and schools that don’t even have 100 students attending are being kept open. Finally, Proficiency scores are so bad that they lowered the standards.
Chicago is paying Nordstrom rates, and getting Wal-Mart results from the CTU.

That’s why Reagan stated that government is the problem not the solution. Whether you are a rat democrat or rat republican politician, the common denominator is that you are thieving scum. So eliminate as much of government as possible and we talk less about the tit for tat and more about fixing what is broken.
