CPS prepares students, parents amid National Guard threat – Chicago Tribune/Yahoo

The district solidified its stance on working with immigration enforcement last year when the Chicago Board of Education passed a resolution stating CPS will not provide assistance to ICE in the enforcement of federal civil immigration law. It also states ICE is not permitted access to district facilities or personnel unless it has a criminal warrant to do so.

ICE does not need to go to the schools when there’s so many other soft target spots to go to where the illegals are. Restaurants, laundromats, Home Depot parking lots, any construction site, etc. ICE could paralyze the city just by pulling all the active building permits and visiting big construction sites. Remember, all ICE needs to do is to establish the type of locations they are going to to pick up illegals, like construction sites or restaurants, and the illegals will stop going to these sites.
