How does the Union’s collective bargaining agreement over ride students’ constitutional right to due process and forced masking?

It does not, and this is dubious legal argument, designed to keep the masking charade going as long as possible, until some judge finally puts the stake in the heart of this vampire squid.

Paranoia runs deep within the teachers union.

How have other cities, states and countries managed without masking and mandates? Perhaps we could learn from their experience and knock off this nonsense.
