CPS’ winter break COVID-19 testing program fails to produce results just as school restarts – WBEZ (Chicago)

CPS’ COVID tracker shows that 35,223 tests were completed over the past week, with 24,836 found to be invalid and 18% positive. An email sent to parents says the tests could not be processed within the required 48-hour timeframe “due to weather and holiday related shipping issues.”

“Fail to produce results” is the inspirational motto of CPS!

Hector should first acknowledge, at least to himself, that CPS can’t accomplish any planning, no experienced and successful project management. Identify critical path. Involving children who can’t read to deliver? Here, take this home. What is it? Keep moving I want to get out of here too! We’re FedEx or Chicago Library’s advised?
Any idiot can come up with a good idea. It takes someone smart to implement the idea. I wonder how much this debacle cost?

Well stated. The CPS could screw up a one-car funeral.
