Overpaid guy; $300,000+ for no-show job. Another issue for Lightfoot re-election campaign fodder.

The city council is upset the carpet bagger was a no show for an official beating. He’s was going to be blamed for everything. They’d love to beat Lori but are terrified of incurring her wrath. This guy is a proxy.
