A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
Apparently Gates can’t read the due date on her water bill, the law re residency as a CTU employee, the tax laws regarding an out of state residence, etc. I would wager, although cunning, she is of below average intelligence given her public speaking.
Ugh – hate to have to go against the grain here but, because of the double negative, the student is saying he can read. Sorry.
