The schools can open providing precautions are made, just like other businesses and companies are doing.

The teachers and their union should not be able to have food or necessities available to them. They are not letting children have learning made available.
What would happen if Chicago parents had janitors open schools, hire or have volunteers teach subjects? Would CPD arrest them?
Look it is simple rearrange the classroom to accommodate a set number of in class students and then provide online teaching at the same time. The Army was doing this type of teaching 20 years ago. But then again we are talking about CPS with subpar teachers!
