Yes, that has been his legacy. But he is one of the smartest back office advisors around. He took a no-name, inexperienced, intellectual lightweight, lazy, do-nothing state legislator– and made him President of the USA. Obama didn’t even have any stature among African American legislators in Springfield. Obama is who he is today because of Axe. Dems better listen to him.
He voted “present” on the majority of the bills that were brought up in the Senate. Absolutely useless legislator.
