Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. Raggedy Mayor goin all raggedy again. The sanctuary city needs to accept responsibility for throwing open the city to all comers without being prepared to care for them. These people didn’t come into this country via first class transportation Brando. And since President Mumbles was more worried about Ukraine borders than US borders, we have a massive illegal immigrant issue. The Governor of Texas took the word of Governor Carnival Barker and Mayor Brando and sent some illegal immigrants where he knew they would be welcome and cared for, but Governor CB and Brando couldn’t deliver.
